LionsXII plagued by injuries again


Injuries continue to overshadow the LionsXII in the Malaysian Super League end of season (MSL) after the two players had surgery and is expected to miss the game until the season ends next month's MSL. Hafiz Abu Sujad midfielder, 23, and striker Khairul Nizam, 22 years old and had to undergo surgery for different injuries that can waive them for at least six weeks of the season remaining five matches. Nizam is expected to be sidelined for eight weeks after undergoing surgery yesterday to treat meniscus and a torn knee treatment - his injuries since the beginning of the season. Hafiz was undergoing surgery Monday to treat a dislocated left shoulder in a friendly match in Myanmar earlier this month. Hafiz estimated only be back in action early July.
